About us
Building homes on the land you call yours.
SBR Constructions is a home construction business based in Narsapuram, Andhra Pradesh.
Who we are
SBR Constructions, led by Bala Krishna.
Bala Krishna is the proprietor of SBR Constructions. The business is focused on one thing: helping people who own a plot build the home they have in mind.
We help families turn their own plots into thoughtfully planned homes, shaped around their needs, material choices and Vastu preferences.
మీ స్థలంలో మీ కలల ఇంటిని నిర్మించుకుందాం.
Our focus
Your plot is where every plan begins.
Understanding your requirements
We start by listening — the number of rooms, how your family lives, and what matters most to you in a home.
Discussing materials
We offer three advertised per sq. ft. rates and talk through the materials and scope for each before you decide.
Respecting Vastu preferences
If Vastu is important to you, we consider your preferences while planning the layout, entrances and room positions.
What we value
How we like to work
Listening first
Your requirements shape the plan — not the other way around.
Open conversations
Materials, scope and pricing are discussed clearly before work begins.
Respect for tradition
Vastu preferences are treated with care during planning.
Your way of building
We aim to build the home in the manner you prefer.
